We are excited that you are interested in our study club. We are passionate about collaborative care and we believe that starts with genuine relationships and understanding. The goal of this group is to spread the knowledge on how important airway health is for the entire body and build relationships within our community. Big Changes for 2026

We are excited to announce a new era for The Woodlands Airway Study Club. Based on your feedback, we are moving to a structure that prioritizes quality connection.

Starting in 2026, we are moving to a two-meeting quarterly rhythm designed to fit your busy schedule while deepening our community ties:

  • Meeting 1: The Grand Lecture. Our high-level academic evening with a guest speaker or two and 2 CE credits. (1 staff member for Dentist/Doctor members join for free!)

  • Meeting 2: Cases & Cocktails. EXCLUSIVE TO MEMBERS. A low-key, one-hour social hosted at a local provider's office. See their tech, tour their space, and learn from a 15-minute "Case of the Month" they are proud of.

  • Ongoing: The Online Community. Our private forum to post cases for advice, share wins, and stay connected between meetings.

  • Visibility: The Provider Directory. A featured listing on our website so patients and peers can find you.

2026 Monthly Membership:

  • Dentists/Doctors: $75/month

  • All Other Providers (OMT, RDH, SLP, etc.): $35/month

Non-member event rates: $150 (Doctors) / $95 (All others)
